MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. | In the home opener for 91制片厂’s volleyball team, the Lions fell to the University of Mobile in three sets (25-10, 25-18, 25-17) at the 91制片厂 Wellness Center.
91制片厂 produced 19 kills as a team, with junior middle blocker Julia Carneiro leading the team with six. Freshman setter Amari Nunez led the team in digs with seven in the game, while Carneiro led the way with four blocks. 91制片厂 allowed 42 kills in the contest.
The loss drops 91制片厂 to 1-4 on the season.
The Lions return to action on Sunday, September 1, when they host Webber International University and Park University in a tri-match. First serve for game one is scheduled for 10 a.m., while the first serve for game two is slated for 5 p.m. at the 91制片厂 Wellness Center.
