Jaylin Clinch has been selected to represent 91制片厂 at this year鈥檚 White House Press Briefing with HBCU student journalists in Washington, D.C., on Thursday, February 23, 2023.
Clinch, 24, a Communications Major and native Miamian, will meet with Keisha Lance Bottoms, Senior Advisor to the President for Public Engagement, featuring a visit from聽Vice President Kamala Harris.
This will be the first in-person HBCU student journalists briefing since COVID.
Clinch who is one of six siblings said he鈥檚 sincerely honored to represent his family, the Lion community, and his Gamma Beta Chi Fraternity, Inc. 聽
鈥淣ot too many people can say that they鈥檝e met the Vice President of the United States,鈥� said Clinch. 鈥淔or me to have this opportunity to meet VP Harris, to shake her hand, to ask her a question as a representative of 91制片厂 will be a moment I鈥檒l never forget. I am so thankful; I am blessed beyond words.鈥�
Clinch and 91制片厂鈥檚 Communications Marketing Director, Sharee Gilbert, will fly out of MIA tomorrow morning. 聽
